Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account dashboard and select the 'Order History' section to submit a formal return or exchange request for your specific items.

  Await Authorization

  Our support team will review your request within 24-48 hours to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and clearly write the provided RMA number on the outside of the box to ensure faster processing.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
